The Program Therapist for both Inpatient and Outpatient programs - performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their biopsychosocial needs while enabling them to access through therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health, including providing basic consultation, teaching, complete specialized clinical social work services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and providing information and referrals as needed. There are multiple positions and times open, some evening group sessions.
Current LPC, LCSW, LMFT licensure in Oregon
DOULA - provide psychological and physical support to women and their families. Provides prenatal counseling, assist in birth plans, educates mothers and families about nutrition, breastfeeding, and newborn care. Provides baby massage training to mothers. Complete specialized clinical social work services for patients/families receiving care.
State of Oregon Certification.
Director of Health Information Management Services
The Director of Health Information Management Services is responsible for directing the activities of the Health Information Management Services Department in the management and maintenance of all patient medical records information, ensuring compliance will all state and federal laws, rules/regulations of licensing agencies and within The Joint Commission standards for the quality of patient care.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in information management/medical records preferred, or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: A minimum of five (5) years leadership experience in information management
and with direct experience in a health care psychiatric facility preferred. Thorough knowledge
of medical records coding and medical terminology required.
Licensure: Certification accreditation as a registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), or
Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), as determined by the American Health
Information Management Association (AHIMA).
